The position will require you to assist our clients with their clinical needs or problems. As an associate, you will be working with a US-based client. You are expected to be courteous, keep a professional manner & learn all the position responsibilities. The roles that may be assigned include an FDO (front-desk officer), back-end task manager, and/or the following:
Scheduling Coordinator
Answer all incoming calls at the clinic with a friendly demeanor
Conduct outbound calls to follow up with patients
Respond promptly to patient communications via email, phone, and texting platforms
Maintain and schedule patient appointments
Ensure all patient information is being entered into the EMR accurately
Insurance Coordinator
Gather patient insurance information in case of changes or missing file
Verify patient eligibility
Complete full breakdowns for each patient
Gather the history of each family member of a patient
Input insurance information into EMR software
